Peace. Hope. Freedom.

We envision a future where the Church plays a vital role in supporting the mental health of young people and no young person struggles alone.

Our Mission

We equip churches to create safe, relational spaces that support the mental health of young people, while also developing training, resources and partnerships that enable a wider, sustainable response.

We help churches offer young people peace, hope and freedom.

Peace
For young people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm or constant worry.

Hope
For young people facing low mood, loneliness or feeling like things won’t change.

Freedom
For young people struggling with emotional regulation, relationships, shame or the labels they’ve carried.

A Gap We Can’t ignore

Young people’s mental health is worsening - but many don’t meet the threshold for specialist services.

They fall into a gap: not unwell enough for clinical support, but not well enough to thrive.

What’s often missing is early, relational, consistent support. Someone to notice. Somewhere to belong.

Pillar Spaces exist to meet that need.

From Pillar to Post is our termly newsletter. Subscribing to it is a great way of keeping up to date with everything that is happening at The Pillar
