Rachel leads the Pillar Space at St Wins Church in Totton. Bringing a rich background in humanitarian aid that has taken her across the globe, she now combines her international experience with a passion for mental health support. Rachel is a registered counsellor and volunteers at a local further education college, offering counselling sessions alongside her role at The Pillar.

The Pillar Space Totton is at St Win’s Church, 92 Salisbury Rd, Totton, Southampton SO40 3JA The space is open on Thursdays during term time. Access is by appointment only.
